1.Post Quality Contents.
2.Be active on Social Networking Sites.
3.Guest post on blogs with high domain authority score.
4.Post Infographics with visually appealing images to attract people to visit your site again.

To Start with Google PR is not longer important (atleast not that much important), but for Domain Authority I will recommend avoiding spammy link building strategies and focusing on creating good contents, a blog section is almost a must have. Besides you can also try using PR sites to post worthy Press Release about your firm..!
