How to increase backlinks?

I am working on a PC Optimizer website. The name of website is SystHeal. It has very few back links and not has good quality back links. I want to increase the no of good quality back links. What activity should I do.
 
To get quality backlinks, First find quality websites those are relevant to your product/business. Then submit your article, write press release, do guest posting, build links in forum posting websites.
 
All of the previous answers are awesome. Just remember to stay way away from anything spammy, or even posting on sites with nothing to do with the one you're linking to - you will get penalized hard for it. backlinks can be just as bad as they can be good.
