How to Extract Zix file...?

WinZix works by creating a temporary folder which it reconstructs the archived file(s) into first before copying to the specified location, & because of this you need at least double the space for the final extracted archive available before you start. Personally I don't find it particularly efficient and it comes with built-in sponsor-ware (cidHelp). There are equally good open source alternatives such as 7-zip.
