How to disable Image Attachment pages in Wordpress

When I upload images in media, automatically separate Image attachment page is creating and i found these image attachment pages are indexed by google. I want to disable Image Attachment pages in Wordpress.

I am using ALL in one SEO Plugin. How to disable Image Attachment pages in WordPress. Let me know any one..

You gotta find it in the plugin menu. There must be an option to turn off pages from indexing, I use Yoast and just have to turn that button on.
