How to Create Facebook Leads ads?

follow the steps :

1. go to facebook ads manager
2. create new campaign
3. campaign objective - Leads Generation
4. select campaign name
5. page name,creatives, budget & schedule, audience, placement
6. In Optimization ad delivery select Leads
7. Set a Lead Form
8. Submit.
