How to Create External Links from YouTube Videos

1. Go to your Video Manager.
2. Select any video and click on Edit > Annotations.
3. When you arrive in the annotations screen, you’ll see a blue bar at the top. Click “Enable” and agree to the terms of service.
Note: I’ve done this twice and BOTH times Associated Websites wasn’t enabled immediately. I had to go back into the Video Manager page, and then re-enter the video I wanted to create external links for.

You can add the link in description. But you can add them in the video itself using YouTube video editor.
you can not forget to add your link to your channel or to comment on videos that are related to the site you want to link to.
