How to add tags in blog..?

it is very easy:
Log in to your Dashboard. Click the link for the blog that you want to edit.
Click "Edit Posts." A list of all of the posts published and scheduled to be published on your blog will appear. Click the "Edit" link next to the blog post you want to change.
Type the blog post tags in the "Labels For This Post" field.
