I have not update posts on my social networks regularly, some days a post on facebook, twitter, linkdin, google+..
what about you? How often do you social networks Post?

what about you? How often do you social networks Post?

In response to the opening post, it really varies from week to week how many times I post on social media. Typically though I would have to say that I post about 2 to 3 times a week. It really all depends on time and how my workload is. The funny thing is that when I go on vacation though it seems that I post a whole lot more.
