How often do you get a new phone

I usually get a 2 year contract meaning i have to keep my phone for 2 years before i get an upgrade, unless i buy one outright like pay as you go. After 2 years mobile phone technology changes quite a lot so it may not be such a good deal. How often do you upgrade?

Same here, 2 year contract, get the best deal I can and make sure it's got good specs to last the 2 years. I've gone from HTC desire > Samsung S2 > LG G2. Loving the G2 at the moment!

I have used my previous phone for about 3 years before it finally broke on me. I don't often get a new phone unless the phone dies on me or no longer functions like the way it should be.
