How much time taken to get Google 1st page ranking for new domain? Please someone share own thought to understand about this...because i have one new domain (Fat Cutter™ – Herbal Ayurvedic Weight Loss Powder | Fat Burner) and worked from last 2 month but site still in Google 6th page...there are no any fluctuation like up or down still fixed in Google 6th page...What i do to get top ranking..
