How much bookmarking i do in a day?

My answer is: not many.
I will maybe bookmark to a small collection of sites (about four) maybe three times a week, any more than that and I started getting messages warning me about over-bookmarking.

There is a no limit to do bookmarking but always try to bookmarking in those limited sites who gives your side a good power-push and provide a good traffic too.

Though there is no limit in general, some of these sites have their own rules. Like when I was active with Digg for a client, they had a limitation of not more than 5 posts a day. Though there was a cheat around and we could post around 10 in a day - spread out the 10 evenly and post at different time slots.
The thing to take a note is - do not confine yourself just to posting. Do other activities on the site as well - digg up or bury - behave is the word as otherwise they are surely going to ban you thinking you to be a bot or a spammer.

There is no limitation. But you have to do do follow and high pr bookmarking site for submission.

15 bookmarking in a day is best for website, make backlink for website with diffrent process on one day don't do only one thing

Thanks for the Info. High PR social bookmarking site is still effective. I'd recommend to post3-4links of your site max. It might spam you if we post more. And To my point of view it's better to keep our content in at least 2 links out of all the links we post up on social bookmarking site..................

There is no such limitation, but it should be 10-15 only..

Bookmarking is best today. you can do this only on high PR like more than 3 , Te page authority and Domain authority must be checked. that sites are beneficial to do work.
