I do! The traffic from stumble Upon bounce but you can catch someone eyes you could not catch elsewhere. And, you can get people to share your page on social media for more exposure. I got some traffic using StumbleUpon when I used it actively. I liked 70% people's page and 30% of my owns.

I do use stumbleupon before for bookmarking purposes, and I do bet traffic from it but not that much.
I stopped using it but I still recommend it to those who have a cool blog/site design, I think those types of sites got a lot of potential in stumbleupon.
