I heard that content is king. So to optimize my each page is I should build how many internal and external links is enough?

You mean seo on page, right?
If so, i suggest you to use Yoast SEO to put internal and external link on your post. With this plugin, it helps you put the necessary in-ex links to ensure on page sucessfully.
but with my experience, i often put 1-2 links internal and 1-2 external links for each post.

Thanks! I am using Yoast Seo. As for the keyword on the page, how many links is enough?

I mean links containing keywords per my article. Why so many keywords to it?
