Re-pairing the remote
• For re-pairing, the remote first step is to open the battery cubicle and remove the batteries from the remote.
• Secondly, Remove the power cable from the Roku device, wait for a few seconds and then put the power cable back.
• While the Roku device displays the home screen, re-insert the batteries..
• Now, push and hold the pairing button within the remote for 3 seconds or until you see the pairing light on the remote start on to flashing. If you are not getting the flashlight you should try again.
If the light still not flashing it means it’s not connected and then you have to replace your batteries (see down No. 3).
• Wait for 30 seconds until your device remote found a connection with your Roku device and then you can start using it.
• It will provide you with the remote pairing dialog appear on your TV screen. You can follow the on-screen instructions to get it up.
