It is very tough situation for me that how i could be able to understand the off page work, mean where i am and which links are working and others are hitting down my site?

There is no method to analysis the off page activity you have to keep record manually.

Divide your Off page strategy for a few keywords. And analyze your keyword ranking after a week you will come to know which all techniques are working. And try to build more dofollow links as compared to nofollow links. A Combination of both types of link is important.
