Help to Choose Hosting Server

Have seen some good points on xxiwebhosting.com - they never sell overshared network... it looks to be a good thing.
I've checked some of their dedicated servers and one of them met my needs.
How is their management? Where can I find reviews about them?
 
Best way to tell how good a hosting server is to read bad reviews. If their is only good reviews i would not trust the review someone always has something they wish was better on a server. They have multiple websites and ways to check bad reviews of hosting companies listed in google.
