I have seen some pages with titles like this - Something :: Example page.

Would :: affect the way a search engine crawler reads and show the title?

Using these types of elements in your title take up space but can cause people to notice your title in a search. You only have 66 characters of available space in your title so only use if your title can come in under 64 characters.
