Hello Friends Plz explain Liquidweb and Hostgator

I know Lquidweb, there are a great hosting company but they are not cheap, for your average or even above avearge IM er Host gator works perfectly, but if you have the money to spend Liquidweb is definitely a great choice...
 
HostGator used to be highly recommended (I've been with them for over 2 years) but lately they seem to be having a lot of problems and have been offline often, which screws with your site. I heard that a new company bought them not too long ago, so that likely has something to do with it. I know a lot of people who have been with HostGator for years, switching to something else now.
