There are others who post links on blogs without even checking if those blogs would be healthy for their traffic. I suggest that before you go excited to post a link to any blog, it's best to see their relevance first. An advantage is that if the blog is related to your website, then followers of that blog could also be your followers if they happen to visit your link. And the disadvantage if it is not related is that it's just going to be a waste of time and link because some blog owners deny those requests. This is just quick tip. :)

Chances are less to get the followers of the site which we refer but if we get back the referral link, it will change the scenario for sure. so we should keep trying. :)

If the website is well known and is considered authentic for products and services in it field and have high authority on its content and credibility then it is assumed that a back link from such a website will be considered healthy back link.
