If I put 300 links a single forums site, it is counted as 300 back links or count as 1, as I check on alexa it shows only single link from a site.

No, If you posts at least 300 posts than that is count as the forum site's policy, That how it gives the backlinks for a single post.

in my opinion, they come back for you 300 backlinks
you should try and check back by ahrefs
