Hey everyone,
I’ve been prepping for a few upcoming job interviews and came across something called an AI Interview Assistant. It’s basically a tool that supports you during mock interviews (and sometimes even live ones), giving you feedback on your answers, helping you structure responses, and sometimes even offering real-time suggestions based on the questions you’re being asked.
I’m curious—has anyone here actually used an AI Interview Assistant? If so:
I’m especially interested in how it compares to traditional prep like working with a coach or practicing with a friend. I like the idea of having a digital assistant to catch my filler words or help me stay on track with the STAR method.
Would love to hear your experiences before I decide to try one out!
Thanks

- Did it actually help you feel more confident going into the interview?
- Were the suggestions useful, or did they feel robotic/generic?
- Did it help you with technical questions, behavioral ones, or both?
