Computer Design means to the design of Computer machine and through Graphic Design we can design amazing pictures, logos & illustrations etc.
 
Graphic design jobs involve the creative process of coming up with the concepts and ideas and arrangements for visually communicating a specific message.Computer design involves designing of computer through graphics.
 
Graphic design generally means the production of an image (a graphic). It can be done on a computer or with pencil and paper.Computer Design could involve designing anything on a computer. This includes producing drawings, 3D models or specialised files used for an object to be manufactured. Often known as CAD (Computer Aided Design).
 
Graphic Designing includes overall structure and production of publications such as newspapers, journals and magazines etc. Its a way to get messages in print and electronic media using photographs, illustrations that portray clear thinking of an individual. In computer designing a variety of drawing tools are used to create designs and illustrations.

In other words, Graphics design is a specific subject while computer graphics is are any graphics made on a computer.

Graphic design refers to design on physical stuffs- like brochures, news paper ads, pamphlets, to hoardings. Computer design refers to design for the digital stuffs- be it websites, applications or some online games.

Though both depends on the skill of the designer, there are few things which separates these. Print design needs high res versions and vector files, but web needs this in low res. The advantage of a web designer over graphic designer is that web designer always have the space the correct the errors (in case it happens), while a graphic designer doesn't have that privilege.
