Google Authorship helps protect user-generated content via a Google+ account. Once you verify authorship, all other sites containing your content will be ranked lower on Google search rankings.
How to insert Google Authorship into your site :
1. Add the Google+ profile of the account to verify on your site
2. Add your site to the introduction of personal information on Google+
3. access to Google Rich Snippets to check. If yes, you will see the preview. About a week will show up on Google search results
