Good software for resizing an image

Hello,

I try to put the logo to the shirt, I'm use Photoshop, I resize the logo to be small, but the problem is the logo quality become low and blurry, is there any software that be able to resize the logo without blurry? I've trying GIMP and Paintshop Pro, but I don't like much the resize way, please help me, thanks

A logo should not blur on resize because it should be a vector image, you could try using adobe illustrator but i suspect you have a image format and not a vector.

Take it to adobe illustrator image trace it into a vector and you should be able to resize it without any issues. Another thing is are you size it to scale generally downsizing a image doest cayuse pixelation unless you are not down sizing the dimensions to scale
