good hosting for clients in the USA and Europe?

Hello!

I know that location of the server matters.
So I wanted to ask which providers are good for Europe audience and which one for the USA?
I was suggested checking Tzulo.com hosting solutions.

In your opinion are they good? Or which ones can you recommend as well?
 
I can say that hostingsource inc. is reliable and good customer service provider.
This web host is always running hosting specials ranging from bottom of the barrel to comparable prices for both individuals and businesses.

I'm satisfied dealing with Tzulo.com server hosting services. I need to have a lot of streaming multimedia, and it's no problem with them! Lots of users logging in, lots of e-mail accounts. It's great! Uptime is fantastic and the ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus.
