Gaming mice

Is it worth spending 3 figures on a gaming mouse? Some cost $100!

Does anyone have a serious gaming mouse, if so then how does it compare with a regular mouse?
 
Definitely not unless you're 100% convinced you'll use all the features, back when I was gaming pretty heavily I used a cheap $5 mouse and I absolutely destroyed people. Having heaps of programmable buttons would obviously be helpful for things like MMOs though.
 
In my opinion, yes its worth it to buy a gaming mouse for $100 if your a gamer. This will give you absolute satisfaction when playing games. Gaming mouse has higher DPI than regular mouse, which makes it more accurate and lots of features you can use. I like Razer gaming mouse. It's awesome!
 
I use Corsair and Logitech gaming mice, I think they are great. Well built and smooth. I use Logitech at home and Corsair at work, love them both. I use a Steelseries mouse mat which maximises performance.
