From Blogger to Wordpress

Is migrating from Blogger to Wordpress really helpful for SEO? Has anyone seen visible difference in results?

In Wordpress you can use some plugins for SEO very well as: Yoast SEO, SEO package...
But not in Blogger

Blogger Wordpress or both are good platforms for Blogging but moving Blogger to Wordpress is a good option as there many good options.
