Hi there friend . Open your developer console in chrome and look for log errors on your browser. If there are errors like slow loading your browser will use a fallback font.
Also the format of your font in your web design is important as it wont be supported by all browsers , it could be TrueType Fonts (TTF), OpenType Fonts
(OTF) or Web Open Font Format (WOFF). This could also be your issue.
