What do you use for your internet connection is it a fibre or copper connection? I use fibre but there was a time when it had huge congestion issues and it was like using a dial up modem again. Now i'm back to 30mbps

Copper, simply because I can't get any fibre to my house :( The whole street has it, but because the flat we live in used to be a care home it never got the fibre for some reason :( Stuck on 2mbps...

Hello,
Fiber has many advantages over copper. In Copper networks, Loss increases with signal frequency. High Data rates increase power loss and therefore decrease Transmission distances. In fiber optic networks, loss does not change with signal frequency.
