Hello folks! I see that Exmasters.com and Okayservers.com provide dedicated servers which are good for heavy websites and their tech staff is helpful around the clock, can you advise me which host is better to use? And what are the reasons?

1) Which routers and switches they use?
2) Are those routers regularly updated or not?
3) Which technology they use for backup of servers?

If latest technologies and regularly updated technologies are used then you can go for that server provider.
