Ok, recently I was on Facebook trying to send a message to someone who I wasn't friends with and a message popped up saying I could either pay the $1 fee or have my message sent to the receivers "other" inbox. When did this start? I went through my old messages and I saw back in December when I sent a message to a non friend so when did this start? What do you think of this fee? Do you think Facebook is justified?
