Facebook Account Ban. What To Do Now

Tell me if any one of you have faced a similar situation and have their Facebook account banned apparently for no reason. I tried to contact the customer services of Facebook but found out that their is not suitable way of doing that too and the maximum you can do is to fill out a form. There is no human being you can talk to and discuss to and ask what happened and why they took this decision.

Can any one of you guide me what can be done as this account i was using from last 5 years and it is the only one i have and therefore i am worried about losing this facebook account because all my friends and coworkers are added in this account

I am sorry to hear that Facebook banned your account. Still, I have a hard time believing that it was for no reason. If it is your real account with real family and friends, I would contact Facebook to see what the problem is. Otherwise, I would open up another account.

If you have been cold contacting people or sending links to your websites to alot of people, facebook will think your account is fake.
