face book and google are like rivals, but why is not with twitter?

every one knows FB and Google are in same segment and G+ came to capture FB. But Google does not threat twitter. why is it so? If i m correct.

Twitter have different kind of User interface and different concept for social media. Google made social networking as G+ for similar concept of facebook. That's why google does not threat twitter. If in future google will make similar concept social media like twitter or instagram then it will threat them also. And hope Google should not prepare on that concept.
