Just made my choice and you know, on your list IT is definitely missing. Well, it's close to engineering but it's not the same thing and it's much more prospective than the others I think
 
Medical I'd say. With a medical degree you won't ever be stuck searching for a job and your salary will always be quite high so I think that it's the best choice you can make. The costs of such an education are really high of course but you can get higher education in ukraine as an international student and you won't overpay.
