Edit title tag?

Hi

To change the title tags of a product site(PHP), where do I have to change it?

I have updated title tags for HTML static page websites..

Its a new topic for me and I need Help to solve it from experts.

Hmm!
In static page, there is html file for every pages in website. So we can change the title tags and description using Dreamweaver for every page.

But for dynamic page(product site) there are no individual html/php file for every page..


So, in this case how do you change the title and description for every page...!
