Easyapache Issue

Hello,

I am trying to install a script through softaculous. In doing so i need to update my php. I have attempteded to use the EasyApache(Apache Update) tool in whm, i have been getting this responce for about 3 hours now.*

Easyapache is currently running. You will need to wait for the other instance to finishing running. If a build is currently running you will need to wait for the build to complete before using this interface. This process can take 30 minutes or longer depending on what you've selected to build and the server's current state.*

I get the same resopnce via command line with /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/easyapache or /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/phpup

Is there something i can do to get around this to update the php?

Check the server logs. Can help in understanding the issue. If you have already tried to understand them, did you get any idea about the issue.

Thanks a lot! I asked my server provider to help me. It was solved.
