The real quality of any trader is only known during tough situations. Hi, It not easy for everyone to stand up during tough situations but with lots of experience and practice you will be able to do it. So, in my suggestion you should always do the practice of trading on demo accounts so when you actually face some problem then you will be able to handle the situation.
