Why does keyword ranking differ in two browsers. For example, if the ranking of a keyword is 50th in the Chrome, then the ranking of the same keyword is 120 in Firefox. Please help me with the suggestion.

I think your website ranking is jumping with Google dance after panda update.

Well, I think you have to face this problem because of your browsers' cookies an cache. Because if this thing is happen because of Panda and relatively other update than you'll see same result in both browsers...

You are confused.
There's a big difference between the natural search ranking and paid search results .
If you're talking about natural search ranking, then monthly search volume and competition on google keyword tool are not indicative. The ranking depends entirely on which websites are competing with you.

You can check browsers' cookies an cache and google domain for example: google.com | google.com.pk | google.co.uk.
