DevOps sync for sales team

I’m wondering if anyone here has successfully connected Salesforce with Azure DevOps for better alignment between the sales and development teams. Our sales reps often promise new features based on client meetings, but the dev team doesn’t get the info fast enough, which leads to missed opportunities. We tried sharing notes manually, but that’s just not scalable anymore. Does anyone know of a better way to create a real-time connection between the two platforms?

Absolutely — we had a very similar communication gap in our organization. Sales and dev operated like two separate islands, and the delays were frustrating everyone. After exploring a few tools, we discovered https://www.peeklogic-connector.com/azure-devops/ and it’s been a game changer. What we loved was how seamless it made the workflow. When a Salesforce opportunity includes certain custom fields or tags, it now automatically creates a task in Azure DevOps with all the necessary context. Developers get immediate visibility, and sales can track the progress without ever leaving Salesforce. The teams feel more connected now, and project timelines have become more predictable.

Thanks for this recommendation. I’ll bring this up in our next planning meeting. If it can help unify the teams, it’s definitely worth a try.
