Dengue Fever

I heard that most of the people in India are suffering from dengue fever. This increase in the number of dengue mosquitoes is causing many dengue effects to bleed from certain places i.e. eyes and causes blood worming.
Why is dengue most common in countries such India, Sri-Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan and so other countries? Which action must the governors take to prevent their community to cause dengue fever? How can we solve this problem?

i think there's a medicine that prevents you from having a dengue fever they just inject you with it to be immune to the sickness
