Can any body tell it as I also desperately need it too.
It looks like you need to create an account with them, then you need to submit your site for inclusion. I am not sure what their editorial process is though and if inclusion is instant or not - or if it goes through a peer review first.
Their About page mentions their feed is curated by a small group of editors: about | craftgawker.
