Cpanel issues

Hi,

I am able to login to cpanel but it seems that no graphics load or css is loading and whenever I click on a link I have to login again.

My ISP says that cpanel is 100% on their side. I have tried logging in with my plugins disabled and I have used a browser that has no plugins installed.

Any ideas as to what is causing this and how to fix it?

I think you need to contact your hosting provider about the issue if they can resolve it. On the other hand you can contact the cPanel directly for the related issue and get the solution for it.
