as the subject says - I'm looking forward to building general customer satisfactory portal (non-english) where users are able to submit their experiences and valuate them. Also company reps are mandatory so they can reply to posted user experience and help fix the situation.
Lists on homepage with ranking who is best/worst by business category and similar.
Any ideas? I've been looking at Joomla and WP but necessary extensions they have are both lacking required features or completely basic.
