Hi everyone,
I’ve been researching ways to enhance my organization's Agile practices and came across SAFe training certification. While I understand that the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is useful for scaling Agile across multiple teams, I’m curious to know how effective it is for overall business transformation. My company is looking to improve not just team-level agility but also leadership alignment and strategic decision-making.
I’ve seen different SAFe courses like Leading SAFe, Scrum Master, and DevOps training, and I’m a bit confused by the many available options. How do I decide which SAFe training certification would best suit our organization? Should leadership and team members pursue different certifications, or is there a specific course that covers all the essential aspects of business agility?
Also, for those who have implemented SAFe, what has been your experience with applying the framework in your organization? Did it help with larger-scale changes beyond just project management? Are there any challenges or pitfalls we should be aware of before committing to a particular training path?
