Choosing a right VPS account ... where can I have it from?
There are two hosting providers: asvhost.com and junedataplace.com, so if you were me, what should I do?

I would choose a cheap vps hosting service in the country you want to target. If in uk use cheap cpanel hosting uk service and so on. Thier are alot of vps hosting providers figure out if you want instant linux vps or windows. You also can get cheap kvm vps. look for no set up fees and upgrade fees. Find one that you do not need to use coupons to get deal every time you renew and make sure to host domain name in country you target and register domain name for more than 1 year i register for a few years or more.

99% uptime should be standard for any good vps hosting. If you use web hosting paypal find cheap vps that acceptes paypal and if you use another payment try finding hosting that lets you use that instead. Alot easier to use payment to buy hosting you already use.
