I am willing to host an e-shop and two hosts are in my mind: kvchosting.net and hostingsource.com, so what's your would-be choice?

Check out VPS deals from hostwinds.com and oissite.com as their plans are full of useful resources with high uptime and fully-redundant network.
Neither expensive, nor any issue, mostly they turn out to be amazing.

Good communication and customer service is key to a great web-host, and hostingsource.com have these qualities in spades. Can highly recommend these guys for those webmasters looking for professional and cheap web hosting service.

Quality customer support ties in closely with reliability and is something that should never be overlooked.

I can say that kvchosting.net offer good value hosting packages and a service that I cannot fault, plus a sense of humour. You can't beat have host ;)

VPS accounts from integralhost.net and legionbox.com are able to satisfy all your demands.
Their genius support team is extremely responsive, and routinely goes above and beyond their advertised scope.

I switched to hostingsource.com last year. I read a lot of good things about them from the forums.
I host a few websites with them - and I have not had any problems with them. Their server uptime is great, customer support is pretty good, and prices are reasonable.

Use VPS deals from trustworthy hosts: QHoster.com and Libertyvps.net.
Customer support was made easy with their online chat feature. Not technical issues so far from my end. Everything works well.

I have Zencart hosted with qhoster.com - no issue so far. I think you can check and use them as well.
