Cheapest VPS provider for hundreds of instances

Hello,

I'm looking for hundreds of minimalistic VPS instances. I don't need traffic, I don't need RAM (128MB are enough) nor disk space (0.5GB are enough). And it does not matter in which country this provider resides (I'm from Germany, so Germany or France might be a good choice).

I only need vCPUs which have flag AES-NI when looking in /proc/cpuinfo. So OpenVZ is no option. I've seen this flag in most KVM or VMware environments, but not in all. One instance can have 1-4 vCPUs, but it is important, when it's a hyperthreading CPU, that I these multiple vCPUs don't share one real core. So, if an instance has >1 vCPUs I need one thread of a core guaranteed. And the hardest part: this should be as cheap as possible.

I've seen ArubaCloud where I can rent a server in their VPS cloud for 1 EUR per month (excluding tax), that's a fantastic price. The crux of the matter is, that they allow only up to 30 instances, but I need some hundred (at the beginning 100-200).
Can anyone help?

Regards

Vitally important fact is that you need to settle for a reliable host that charges a reasonably high rate and offers good service.
You can compare these web hosts: 1) Vistapages.com ; 2) Hostwinds.com ; 3) SolVPS.com - their pricing is quite reasonable.

Their stability, reliability and reputation go outside the bounds in every aspect of the question.

There’re many big guys in VPS hosting industry that you can rely on, however according to me, there’re 3 big guys that I usually use to host a large number of websites on them. 3 of them are Godaddy, Vultr and GreenCloudVPS.

With Godaddy, I usually get big discounts via email, the most percent discount I’ve got are 30% off and 25% off on new orders. More, they have a very professional and comfortable control panel that can help me much in domain management. Very easy to transfer or renew when I need to do. When my domains get expiring, I’ve always get notification by them, that’s very good. For their coupons, you can visit here to get Godaddy vps coupon for just only for $1/month

With Vultr,
They offer SSD VPS at an affordable price, uptime is good. Their customer service is great too. With Vultr, you can create new servers within a minute with the price as low as only $5/month. They also allow hourly billing, which is good for one time experiments where you can launch lots of servers for some period without paying much. Lots of tutorials available to help you out when you're stuck, so even if you're new to server admin stuffs you can easily get things done. With GreenCloudVPS, they have a very good and friendly support team that can help you almost instantly, I’ve contact them many times and each time was let me very happy and rate them 5 stars in supporting. GreenCloudVPS also give monthly coupons that can help you save 25% off on your VPS purchasing. Especially with GreenCloudVPS, you can host and run some SEO tools such as GSA, XRumber,...For their coupons, you can visit here to get GreenCloudVPS coupon latest

Beyond finding which web hosts are out there, it’s a matter of digging through different plans, comparing inclusions, and checking customer reviews.

Try Hostplay.com cheap vps hosting service. Their servers are located in Russia, Netherlands and Sweden, Luxembourg.
This experience has been great. Keep up the good work guys, you are definitely appreciated!

I'd like to say that Hostwinds.com would be nice place to buy VPS hosting solutions with high performance. They have reasonable deals, skilled support and solid hardware.
