Hey i just got broke up with my cell phone. Not enough budget to buy a new one. Anyone please tell me which Android phone is the most cheapest ?
I use may applications like WatsApp And Viber. Need these two in my mobile phone.

There are a couple of phones that you could buy. I think there are the ones made by Alcatel which are around $100 and they are still some good phones. It will depend on how much you want to spend on the phone.

If you really need to stick with the Android operating system, then I expect that the Samsung Galaxy Ace is probably your best choice. It's actually one of the most popular smartphones for introducing people to Android for the first time. It's nowhere near as high-spec or as efficient as the S4 or S5 but it's also nowhere near as expensive. We actually bought one for my daughter last year and she loved it - it did everything she wanted to do with it. I don't know what country you're in but they can be bought in the UK on certain networks for as little as £30 ($60).

One of the cheapest Android phones that are out there are the Tracfones which are currently using the Android Lollipop version.
