I need to get a visual contact us page on my website in general. I need a code for the latest version it just needs to contain the first and last name mainly more then anything. I want to test out a php contact page see how it goes linking it into a mysql database, I tried codes from other websites and it returns error. Does someone know how to fix this? The domain I am testing it out on is not used by anyone but I use it for databse testing etc. I got the other half of it working to display results. But I am unable to make a form could someone give me a sample code that actually works with a text box that I could easily link it to a database for it to store thing?
