Can we increase fake likes in Facebook fan page?

Facebook became commercial, they made new set of rules and conditions for pages and their admins. If any page progress looks suspicious then facebook team observe it. Facebook updated algorithm doesn't keep fake likes for longer duration, they filter it.

So one should not encourage fake likes, it will be treated as a violation. We need to improve them organically.

We can ask our customers to write reviews on our page, it will show in Google results also.

Answer to your first question is yes.

Answer to your second question yes it can hurt your fan page and even get your account banned. If you still plan on doing this I would do it very slowing and not all at once cause Facebook will see this as spam or that you are using some sort of program which is against the TOS. I would rather focus on getting real likes cause this will save you more headache and problems in the future. Plus this will attract more real users/ or fans to your page which in turn will get you a better return for you time and investment on this page. Hope this helps you.
 
I don't know whether its a ethical way or not but yeah i use it to increase my customer web traffic.
